Stephen at Willian & Co LTD is warm, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He always has a can-do attitude and is good at communicating the pros and cons of what you are trying to do. You can tell he knows what he is doing w/o his dropping buzzwords and anecdotes to impress you as some other builders do. I felt that he was straight with me throughout the whole process. He dealt with some very tight building restrictions and difficult neighbors with grace and patience. The city and neighbors also told me that they found him very courteous and prompt when something needed attention.

Although our bathroom turned out perfectly beautiful, and although Harris Services LTD crew was very responsive and helpful about every last minute change requested to make my vision come true, the remarkable thing about this project was the honesty and integrity of this company. There were no last-minute surprises coming from their end, and the workmen were very pleasant to have around.
